1. No Refund on Confirmed Bulk Orders
Due to the nature of agricultural goods and export logistics, we do not offer refunds once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped. All transactions related to bulk rice exports are final and non-refundable.
2. Replacement for Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If you receive an order that is:
Damaged during transit
Incorrect in variety or quantity
Not in compliance with the agreed specification
You must report the issue within 7 business days of receiving the shipment. After proper verification, we may offer a replacement or partial compensation, based on the situation.
3. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
The issue must be reported with clear evidence (images, bill of lading, etc.)
The goods must remain unused and in their original packaging
Returns must be pre-approved by our support team
We reserve the right to reject any return requests not submitted within the allowed timeframe or lacking valid documentation.
