Physical & Sample Testing Lab
Our on-site physical laboratory is equipped to manage incoming raw materials, in-process samples, and final product checks, ensuring consistency and traceability at each step.
Chemical Laboratory
We use advanced lab equipment to detect pesticide residues and ensure compliance with organic certification and global food safety norms, including the Prevention of Food Adulteration Act (PFA).
Advanced Sorting Systems
Multiple colour sorters and multi-sorters are installed at our facilities. These machines remove foreign particles like glass, plastic, dust, and broken or discoloured grains, ensuring the rice you receive is clean, uniform, and export-ready.
Zero-OX Technology
We employ Zero-OX technology to naturally de-infest raw materials without chemicals. Additionally, CO₂ flushing is used during packaging to extend shelf life and eliminate infestation risks.
Microbiological Lab
Our dedicated lab helps detect and isolate harmful microorganisms such as E. coli and microfungi, assuring the microbiological safety of our rice products.
Water Treatment Systems
All water used in parboiling and steam processes goes through a reverse osmosis (RO) treatment, ensuring hygiene and mineral balance during rice processing.
